Respecting Each Other’s Time

Life happens—and I completely understand that schedules can change. I value your time and health, and I reserve my schedule to provide you with the best possible therapeutic massage experience. In fairness to all my clients and to ensure efficient service, I kindly ask that you review and follow the cancellation policy below.

Early Cancellation – Full Refund or Reschedule

If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, you may choose to either reschedule your session or receive a full refund of the amount paid at the time of booking.

Late Cancellation – 75% Refund or Reschedule

If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance but under 48 hours before your appointment, you may reschedule your session or receive a 75% refund of the original payment.

No Show – No Refund

If I arrive at your location and you are not present at the designated meeting place within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, it will be considered a “no show.”

No refund will be issued in this case, though I will offer to reschedule your massage at your convenience.
